Transport for NSW adopts expense8 cloud software
Transport for NSW has adopted a software-as-a-service (SaaS) based expense management platform from 8common Limited.
The department has been a customer of 8common’s iCMS product for the past 16 years, and has now migrated to the cloud-based Expense8 platform.
Transport for NSW plans to use the implementation to streamline its procurement-card processes across its various agencies into a single system to improve process and cost efficiencies.
Expense8 is designed to streamline the accounting, reporting, tax compliance and governance of employee-generated expenses, such as travel spending and corporate expenses. Implementations are tailored for each individual client.
Besides Transport for NSW, Expense8 government customers include Federal Treasury, Federal Department of Finance, NSW Department of Education, NSW Police and the Northern Territory government.
“We are pleased to announce another longstanding iCMS customer has committed to an Expense8 migration in the cloud,” 8common CEO Nick Gonios said.
“It provides further evidence that our continued investment into product development is delivering value to both existing and new customers.”
ASX-listed 8common Limited develops enterprise performance and productivity software for government agencies, large companies and organisations as well as specialist professional verticals. The company is headquartered in Sydney.
