Public Sector Innovation Awards deadline approaching
The deadline for nominations for the 2019 Public Sector Innovation Awards is rapidly approaching. Nominations must be submitted by 26 April.
The awards have been held annually since 2016 to recognise, celebrate and share innovative work in the Australian Public Service and the ACT Public Service.
There are three categories: citizen-centred innovation, digital and data, and culture and capability. There will also be a special judges’ award.
Nominations will be shortlisted via an assessment process, with finalists asked to give a presentation to a panel of judges.
Milestone dates between now and the awards ceremony in July are:
- 26 April — Nominations close
- 10 June — Finalists announced
- 2 July — Launch of Innovation Month
- mid-July — Pitch training for finalists
- 23 July — The Pitch presentations
- 31 July — Awards Ceremony
