WA Government appoints Insight Enterprises to ICT panel
The Western Australian government has added Arizona-based solutions integrator Insight Enterprises to its Technology Infrastructure and Solutions digital transformation panel. The appointment will enable Insight to offer a range of services — including infrastructure modernisation, cloud enablement and managed services — to WA Government agencies.
Insight’s addition to the panel follows a series of public sector wins across the Australian market. These include a recent multi-year Licensing Reseller and Support Services (LRSS) contract with the South Australian Government, covering the delivery of Microsoft licensing and advisory services across all public authorities.
Insight Enterprises says it has a strong Australian presence, offering cloud solutions and management, IT modernisation, cybersecurity, application and integration and digital workplace solutions, and offers a range of solutions from technology partners including Microsoft, Adobe, HPE, VMWare, Trend Micro and Sophos.
Insight SVP and MD for APAC Mike Morgan said the company is proud to have been included in the panel.
“This recognition reflects our proven capability in delivering integrated technology solutions and our dedication to supporting public sector innovation. We look forward to contributing to the government’s digital agenda with agility, value and trusted expertise,” he said.
The WA Government’s Technology Infrastructure and Solutions arrangement was established in April to replace the GovNext ICT scheme, which was discontinued in April 2024. It is split into three panels, covering networking and data centre equipment, hybrid IT and cloud solutions, and communications and infrastructure managed services respectively.
