Civica has launched Contact360, a customer contact and transactional platform for councils in Australia.

The platform includes online portals, enterprise workflow, integration and CRM capabilities designed for local governments to fully support digital engagement with residents. It allows residents to use a range of automated communications channels when dealing with their council ie, contacting councils via Facebook or booking and paying for services online.

Built on Microsoft SharePoint, the product can be fully integrated with Civica Authority as well as third-party software systems, hosted in the cloud or as an on-premise installation. It also contains features to capture, deliver and communicate interactions and requests from customers, employees and partners across various channels, providing seamless front-to-back office integration and real-time updates to reduce avoidable contact.
