Pegasystems completes IRAP assessment
Low-code workflow automation platform provider Pegasystems has completed an Information Security Registered Assessors Program assessment for its existing suite of cloud solutions.
The assessment will pave the way for the use of Pegasystems solutions, including the Pega Platform and Pega Customer Service suite, by government departments for managing data up to the Protected classification level.
Pegasystems already provides its solutions to over 25 Australian government agencies. The assessment will streamline procurement processes for its solutions. Government customers will benefit from comprehensive security controls and monitoring, as well as ongoing monitoring of Pegasystems solutions with regular independent security assessments.
Chris McFadden, Pegasystems’ VP for Australia and New Zealand, welcomed the assessment.
“Achieving IRAP Protected status represents a significant milestone in our ongoing commitment to serving the Australian public sector,” he said. “This assessment allows government organisations to confidently deploy Pega’s solutions to drive digital transformation while maintaining the security and compliance standards required for handling protected government data.”
Pegasystems solutions aim to help organisations transform their operations with enterprise AI decisioning and workflow automation. The company has been operating since 1983.
