Atturra signs reseller agreement with Comtrac
Technology services company Atturra has signed on as a reseller and implementation partner to Brisbane-based investigations and digital brief of evidence platform provider Comtrac.
Under the partnership agreement, the two companies will establish a shared services model hosting Comtrac software, to enable clients to adopt the platform while taking advantage of Atturra’s systems integration, analytics, change management and training capabilities. The collaboration will provide Comtrac with access to Atturra’s Australian government client base, and strengthen Atturra’s regulatory, safety and compliance technology ecosystem.
The Comtrac platform is designed to streamline investigations and the process of creating court-ready briefs of evidence and investigation reports. Authorities can use the platform to automate evidence analysis, map exhibits to key offence elements, and reduce the administrative effort required to produce court reports and legal forms.
Atturra Safety Solutions Practice Director Alastair Brooke said the collaboration will enable agencies to modernise investigative practice using AI-driven evidence assessment, and to increase frontline investigative capacity.
“We are thrilled to partner with Comtrac to further enhance our client offerings,” he said. “With regulatory and compliance requirements increasing across industries, the need for secure AI and modern digital collaboration has never been greater. By leveraging Comtrac’s industry-leading technology, we aim to transform the investigative case management industry sector.”
Comtrac founder and CEO Craig Doran added that the partnership will provide the prospect of becoming a partner of choice for all levels of government including local councils.
“By working with Atturra we’ll be able to reinforce our ability to service markets at scale with investigations in areas such as criminal conduct, environmental crime and biosecurity, fraud and financial crime, health and safety breaches, corruption and misconduct,” he said. “Our aim is to remain the trusted solution for investigation and digital brief of evidence management and in leveraging Atturra’s capabilities we’ll be able to accelerate the adoption of our software and enable our clients to achieve maximum benefits from our innovative solutions.”
