Driving digital transformation in NFPs
Ingram Micro and Microsoft have announced a joint initiative delivering technology solutions to support and empower the not-for-profit (NFP) sectors in Australia and New Zealand.
Dubbed the IMpact Program, the initiative helps drives digital transformation for NFPs, allowing them to work more effectively and better target the groups they assist. The collaboration is designed to help NFPs, which often struggle to acquire and implement the latest technology, by delivering solutions at discounted prices or, in some cases, for free. It also assists NFPs with cybersecurity, in addition to the implementation of new technologies.
“Ingram Micro is proud to launch the IMpact Program throughout Australia and New Zealand,” said Adam Smith, general manager for Ingram Micro’s software-as-a-service business.
“For the NFP sector, technology can be truly transformative, allowing them to better carry out their mission of helping some of the most vulnerable members of our community. By partnering with Microsoft, the IMpact Program delivers the tools the NFP sector needs to do their vital work.”
The IMpact Program is particularly designed to assist organisations working with the Indigenous community, in aged care and in delivering education to students living in rural and remote areas; however, it is open to all NFPs, regardless of the areas in which they operate.
NFPs can accelerate their digital transformation using Microsoft 365, including Teams, Outlook, Excel and PowerPoint, and can access the software as part of the IMpact Program collaboration between Ingram Micro and Microsoft for free or at significantly discounted rates. As part of the program, Microsoft also offers infrastructure support through Azure to NFPs, along with its BizApps, including Dynamics, Business Central and PowerApps. The company is also able to assist NFPs with cybersecurity and offers expert support and training as part of the program.

The IMpact Program also underscores Ingram Micro’s ESG commitments.
