NSW Govt overhauling digital.nsw

The NSW Government is overhauling its digital.nsw digital transformation portal based on feedback from users.

The government is developing a series of online resources aimed at helping agencies design and deliver digital services using agile methodology. The new resources will be released in the coming months.

In addition, the government is shutting down its old ICT Strategy website following the publication of its Digital Government Strategy in May last year.

The Digital Government Strategy will require clusters to report twice a year on digital projects they are undertaking.

The latest data released as part of the strategy shows that the government has eliminated the wait time for registering births online, onboarded 13 Local Health Districts to a single online rostering system and improved the state’s audio collections using input from over 3000 users across 42 countries.
