Partnership to provide media monitoring and services
KINSHIP digital and its technology partner Sprinklr will provide media monitoring and related services to government agencies over three years, having commenced 1 March. The arrangement is under the Media Services Panel established by Services Australia.
The Media Services Panel is divided into five categories: media and social media monitoring, analysis, response management and customer engagement, publishing, and professional media services. KINSHIP digital has been selected for four out of the five categories, excluding professional media services.
KINSHIP digital and Sprinklr have a proven track record of delivering citizen-centric solutions within the public sector, which includes agreements with Defence Australia, the City of Sydney, the Department of Home Affairs, Transport for NSW and more. The Civil Services and Government Development Bureau of Qatar recently selected Sprinklr as the technology platform to deliver unified digital citizen experiences across its government agencies. The Bureau established a Citizen Experience Centre of Excellence (CoE), designed to harness the power of Sprinklr's Unified-CXM platform and professional services expertise and elevate the digital experience for its citizens.
"The appointment to Services Australia's Media Services Panel is a significant milestone for KINSHIP digital. We are thrilled at the opportunity to be further embedded into Australian Government departments and to drive digital transformation in the public sector," said Caitlin Green, CEO of KINSHIP digital.
