Dynatrace secures IRAP certification for Azure-based platform
Observability company Dynatrace has received Independent Registered Assessors Program (IRAP) certification for its Dynatrace SaaS on Microsoft Azure solution.
The assessment, conducted by cybersecurity and digital transformation company Sekuro, paves the way for the use of the platform to manage Australian government data up to the PROTECTED classification level.
Dynatrace provides AI-powered observability, automation and application security functionality. The company says the integration with Microsoft’s Azure cloud platform enables customers to enable secure digital interactions over Azure at scale. The company had already secured IRAP certification for the version of the platform built on Amazon Web Services last year.
Dynatrace CTO for APAC and VP of Solutions Engineering Rafi Katanasho said attaining the certification for Azure reflects the company’s continued investment in its security posture, as well as in the region.
“This accreditation not only enables us to better serve the government sector with the highest level of performance and security, but also further strengthens our position as a trusted partner for enterprises across industries while extending our reach for customers which have chosen Microsoft Azure as their preferred cloud partner,” he said. “Our commitment to investing in security capabilities and expanding partnerships is a testament to our dedication towards providing AI-powered observability and security solutions that meet the evolving needs of our diverse public and enterprise sector customer base.”
